Mohamed El Dallal is a Serial entrepreneur and business leader with over 13 years of impactful contributions to the MENA region's tech and business ecosystems. He is currently the CEO of PodMedia Network, the MENA region's first podcast media production-as-a-service company also, he is currently serving as Chair of the IEEE Entrepreneurship Global Committee for 2025. In addition to Pod Media Network, Mohamed has co-founded seven ventures, including Innovideas, Techne, Dcodes, and others across the EMEA Region. Mohamed has conducted hundreds of talks, panels, and workshops across 35+ countries, sharing insights on entrepreneurship, marketing, and business development. He also worked as a lecturer at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport University. Additionally, he offers marketing and business consultations for MENA SMEs and mentors startups across the EMEA region, helping them grow and thrive in competitive markets.

Having co-founded seven ventures, including Innovideas, Techne, and Dcodes, Mohamed has built a legacy of innovation across the EMEA region. He has delivered hundreds of talks, panels, and workshops in 35+ countries, sharing expertise on entrepreneurship, marketing, and business development. A former lecturer at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport University, Mohamed also mentors startups and consults for MENA SMEs.
With a BSc in Computer & Communication Engineering, an MBA in International Business, and ongoing DBA studies in Entrepreneurship, he embodies continuous learning. Mohamed is a Global Shapers Alumni, a Rotarian, and an internationally recognized advocate for entrepreneurship, having represented the Arab world at forums like the World Economic Forum in Davos and the World Government Summit in Dubai.
